This machine is a hvdraulic press snecialy manufa ctured by the compay for the manufacturers of alumium products and stain ess stee products. especialysuitable for the stretching of aluminum sheet and the pressing and molding of aluminum products and stainless steel productsYB2 seres four-column double-action hvdralic press is designed and manufactured based on the improvement of the orgina yB32 series. Compared witrYB32 series, it has the following characteristics bevond the original technical performance:
1. Compared with the same-tonnage machine, the oil cylinder stroke is longer and the workbench is larger.
2. The no-load moving speed is higher.
3, lt has two stretching speeds: rapid stretching and normal stretching.
4. The whole machine runs more smoothly with more stable performance.
A number of updated designs further improve the performance of the machine, such as.
1. The plunger of the lower cylinder adopts the structure combining the hard chromium platedsteel and wearing ring, which avoids the problem of plunger cracking.
2. The lower cylinder sealing ring adopts the imported combined ring, which can be used formore than fifteen years without replacement.
3. The column and piston rod are heat treated at medium frequency, and the surface is platedwith hard chromium.
4. The discharging cylinder can be controlled by inching separately.
5. The hydraulic system adopts the cartridge valve, which has large channel, large flow, highspeed, low noise and low calorific value.
6. The electrical control adopts the single chip microcomputer, which has the advantages of24V safe control voltage, no intermediate relay and no contact. The whole computer chip hashigh stability, long service life and simple operation.
